PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ================================================================================ 1.1 Creating a Product ────────────────────── Navigate to: Products > Add New Product Key fields: • Product Name — The product title • Warehouse — CRITICAL: Select "China" or "Ghana" - Ghana warehouse: Products stored locally, delivered within days - China warehouse: Products ship from China via logistics system • China Freight Days — If China warehouse, estimated shipping days (default 21) • Price — Set product price • Stock / Quantity — Available inventory • Categories, Images, Description, etc. Once saved, the product appears on the storefront. 1.2 Warehouse Impact ────────────────────── • Ghana warehouse products: Checkout processes immediately as a normal order. • China warehouse products: - Show "Pre-Order from China" button on the product page - At checkout, these items trigger an automatic Logistics Shipment - Customers see "China warehouse" badge and estimated freight time 1.3 Editing Products ────────────────────── Products > All Products > Click "Edit" on any row. You can change the warehouse, price, stock, etc. ================================================================================ 2. ORDER MANAGEMENT ================================================================================ 2.1 Viewing Orders ────────────────── Navigate to: Orders > All Orders Orders are listed with: • Order Number — Format: MB-XXXXXXXXXX • Customer — Who placed the order • Total — Order amount • Status — pending / processing / delivered / cancelled • Payment Status — paid / unpaid Each order row has a "View" link. 2.2 Order Detail Page ────────────────────── Click any order number to see: • Customer info and shipping address • Ordered items (with warehouse badge: China/Ghana) • Payment information • Order shipments (split by warehouse) • Action buttons to update status If the order contains China warehouse items, a Logistics Shipment is automatically created (visible in Logistics > Shipments). 2.3 Updating Order Status ────────────────────────── At the bottom of the order detail page: • Select the new status from the dropdown • Click "Update Status" Statuses: pending → processing → delivered → cancelled 2.4 Order Views ─────────────── • All Orders — All marketplace orders • Admin Orders — Orders placed by admin (POS) • Vendor Orders — Orders assigned to vendors • Pickup Hub — Orders sent to pickup hubs ================================================================================ 3.
