We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, go to your Orders page and select "Request Return" for the relevant order.

Click "Get Started" in the header, create an account, and select "Vendor" as your role. Complete your vendor profile with business details and wait for approval from our admin team.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by vendor and location. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. You can choose between standard shipping, express delivery, or pickup from a local hub.

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where available).
